We desire that our kids would grow to love & follow Jesus for the whole of their lives.

At Gateway Kids, we want our Sunday kids gatherings to be a space where children learn God’s Word, grow in their understanding of Jesus, and experience the Holy Spirit — all in ways that are age appropriate and meaningful.

We see parents and caregivers as the primary disciplers of their children, and we’re here to support that journey. That’s why our kids gatherings are more than just childcare — they’re a partnership in discipleship.

SUNDAYS:

Morning 10am Gathering:
From toddlers to intermediates, our kids stay in for part of our musical worship before going out to our supervised programmes when the 'Gateway Kids it's time to go' slide comes up on the screen. These sessions include things like a bible story, games & activites, free play, small group time and praying together.
If you choose to do so, our toddler & preschool rooms open from 9:50am if you want to drop your child off to their area before the gathering begins.

'The Lounge' space is open for parents with babies or crawlers who need a quiet space. There is a live feed from the service so parents can keep in touch with the Gathering.

DROP OFF & CHECK IN

Check-in at the Kids Check In Desk from 9:30am. Preschool & Primary children will receive a sticker.
Our 3 kids areas all operate differently:
Toddlers & Preschoolers (Kingdom): Rooms open from 9.50am if you prefer to drop your child before the gathering begins. Otherwise when the 'Gateway Kids it's time to go' slide comes up during our time of musical worship take your child to the hallway at the back of the Sanctuary to find their rooms (Toddler & Preschool).
Babies & Crawlers (Kingdom): For parents with babies & crawlers head to the lounge upstairs, please ask someone with a lanyard on if you need directions.
Primary (Tribe): Located in the Chapel extension. When the 'Gateway Kids it's time to go' slide comes up during our time of musical worship your child can go to the blue signs to join the group leaders who will take kids to their room.
Intermediates (Emerge): Is located in the Loft. When the 'Gateway Kids it's time to go' slide comes up during our time of musical worship your child can go to the purple signs to join the group leaders who will take kids to their room.
Pick-up your kids after the gathering (Preschool & Primary) using the parent tag from check-in. See a volunteer on the door to check your child out. Intermediates will be released into the Commons to come and find their parent.
