As we wrap up the year, here’s a quick update on what’s happening with our buildings.
950 Victoria Street
We’ve officially said goodbye to 950 Victoria Street and will soon hand over the keys to the new owners. Demolition is set to start in February. In the meantime, our team is still working from 17 Clifton Road.
490 Grey Street
The timeline for our new home has shifted slightly, we’re now aiming to move in around April 2026. Until then, we’re grateful to keep meeting at Hamilton Girls’ High School.
Like most construction projects, there’s a lot of groundwork before things really take shape. Most of that prep is now done, and our construction manager has lined up contractors for January. I’ll share photo updates as progress kicks in.
Budget & Support
We’re still on track with our $5m budget, and I’m working hard to keep it that way.
We’ve met with our bank to make sure funding is sorted for the fit-out, but we’d love to reduce our reliance on lending.

A Big Thank You
I want to firstly give a huge shout-out to our staff. Over the past few weeks, they’ve gone above and beyond, doing things well outside their job descriptions. Their attitude and commitment have been incredible.
